SHIPPING AND RETURNS
The default shipping method to continental U.S. customers will be via USPS Priority Mail. UPS Ground shipping is also available as needed, but is usually more expensive than USPS Priority Mail. Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days.
International orders will be shipped via FedEx International Ground (to Canada only) or FedEx International Economy. Delivery may take, on average, 3 days to 2 weeks once the order has left our distribution center. You must be prepared to pay any extra duties or taxes upon delivery.
Shipping times may vary when shipping to remote locations. The times given above reflect the time it takes the shipping agency to deliver the package and do not account for processing time. However, orders will ship SAME DAY from our offices if received by 3:00 pm CST and ship NEXT DAY for all orders after 3:00pm CST.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of its return to us. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail, if possible, of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.
- Pack the items along with the packing slip (the receipt included in the box with your items) securely in a box. You can use the box the item arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
- Take the package to a post office or shipping center.
- Make sure to keep a copy of the tracking number.
- Affix their shipping label to the outside of the box.

If you received a faulty or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, please follow the same instructions as outlined in our General Returns Policy. Please make sure to note on the return shipping label that this is an exchange and include the damaged product with your return along with reason why you are returning the unopened product. We will do our best to expedite this process and deliver your advanced health solution from OptiChoice® as soon as possible.
